I'm Lynde, nutritionist, personal trainer, and owner of Fork This. As a mom of 7, I understand the constant pull between caring for others and showing up for yourself and how important it is to find a way to do both. I built this business around real life, the version most people are actually living.

Fork This was built from real life,
real responsibilities, real time
constraints, and a deep belief that
food and movement change how
we show up in the world.
My knowledge comes from years of study,
self-experimentation, and applying these
principles in real life.
Everything I teach has been tested
while managing family, business, and
the everyday demands most people
are trying to balance.
My approach is simple:

sacrificing your life to do it.

Fork This wouldn’t be what it is today without the support of the people closest to me, including Adrienne, who many of you have interacted with along the way. While she’s focusing more on her own career, she continues to be a steady source of support in ways that matter deeply to me.
